Procurement Executive

BAG India is looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement of electronic components, mechanical parts, and manufacturing materials. The role focuses on ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and smooth coordination with internal teams to support production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source and procure electronic components, PCB materials, and manufacturing supplies.
2. Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships.
3. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms with vendors.
4. Create and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
5. Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and production teams for procurement requirements.
6. Monitor inventory levels and support supply chain planning.
7. Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
8. Ensure compliance with procurement processes and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 1 – 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of electronic components and ERP-based procurement systems.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
