We are looking for a Design Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in product development, manufacturing detailing, and SOLIDWORKS-based simulations. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to convert concepts into production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop 3D models and assemblies in SOLIDWORKS
Create manufacturing-ready part and assembly drawings
Perform simulations (static, thermal, basic motion)
Apply DFMA principles in product development
Define materials, tolerances, fits, and GD&T
Support prototyping and production execution
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing teams
Optimize designs for cost, strength, and assembly
Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in mechanical/product design engineering
Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS (Modeling + Simulation)
Knowledge of injection molding, sheet metal, machining
Understanding of structural analysis and load paths
Ability to design internal assemblies and part breakdowns
Familiarity with BOM creation and documentation
Preferred
Experience in consumer electronics or appliance products
Basic knowledge of tooling and mold considerations
