We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Engineer/Executive for our Sales & Marketing team at BAG Electronics & Technology India Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of LED drivers, lighting fixtures, and SMPS power supplies. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills along with experience in OEM and project sales. The role involves developing and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals while understanding both stated and unstated customer requirements to propose suitable products and services.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying market trends, exploring new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients, lighting OEMs, electrical consultants, architects, builders, and PMCs. The role also requires handling negotiations on both commercial and technical aspects with clients. Candidates with prior experience in the lighting or lighting controls industry and exposure to MNC environments will be preferred.
Applicants must have a background in electrical or electronics engineering and should have a good network within the industry. The position requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to drive business growth.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical or lighting industry.
